How does Sculptra work?

Sculptra is a volumizing substance made of poly-l-lactic acid that works by stimulating the body to generate new collagen to replace lost volume over time. The effects of Sculptra can range from 6 weeks to 3 months.

When will I start seeing results after my Sculptra treatment?

There will be some swelling immediately after your treatment, giving the area an impression of greater volume. The swelling will, however, disappear within a few days, making it appear as if you didn’t have a procedure. Your body will produce collagen shortly after your surgery. Most people begin to notice changes after three weeks. Results will continue improving for about three months after your Sculptra injections.
