She continues to receive progressive training on laser procedures and is dedicated to educating our patients in all aspects of skincare. Serina specializes in combining the most forward approach in laser technology and performance products to ensure patients experience a beautiful change in their skin.
Her work on corrective skincare has been featured in training modules for some of the top laser companies, and she continues to train colleagues in the industry. Serina also works alongside Dr. Egrari, one of the top Plastic Surgeons in the Nation, and has been a part of Egrari Plastic Surgery Center for nearly 10 years. Her passion, work ethic, and well-thought-out protocols are what set her apart. She believes that skincare should be your foundation. Between working at her clinics in Bellevue and Gig Harbor, Serina loves to travel, cook and spend time with her family and friends.
Laura Jane has been passionately involved in Aesthetics for almost 20 years! She is an experienced advanced injector and a talented, skilled artist. She is known as a “lip expert,” and many clients travel long distances to have her restore beautiful natural looking lips, and improve volume loss in the face.
She is also an expert in the skin rejuvenation arena. She frequently is asked to help train and advise doctors and nurses with her laser techniques. Her work was featured on the Dr. Oz TV show, showing results that can be easily achieved with the BBL, BroadBand Light with the Sciton Laser.
A loving and positive personality is Laura Jane’s greatest attribute. Meeting a patient’s aesthetic needs, promoting well-being, and providing a refreshed and natural look is always her primary goal! Her previous nursing experience was in the ICU, Open Heart Unit, and the Neonatal ICU. She is a health enthusiast and an outdoor girl through and through. Stand Up Paddle Boarding adventuring and racing is her main sport but she loves everything in nature on or near the water.
Shiane is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner coming from a background in critical care and plastic surgery. Shiane grew up in Gig Harbor and has worked locally since graduating from nursing school in 2017. Through her experiences as a nurse, Shiane has learned that the key to positive outcomes is the relationships that she builds with her patients.
In her free time, Shiane enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jeff and her dog, Theo. She loves boating and being on the water in the summer, tending to her garden, and cooking the best gluten-free and dairy-free meals you’ll ever taste!
Shiane is so excited to share her expertise and enthusiasm for the medical aesthetics world with the Gig Harbor Aesthetics team and looks forward to working with all of our wonderful patients!
Paige Brougher is an aesthetic injection specialist at Gig Harbor Aesthetics. Paige has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University in Denver, she started her nursing career in Telemetry and Intensive Care. Paige is now a full time injector and offers a variety of treatments such as Neuromodulators (Botox & Dysport), fillers, microneedling, Sculptra, and Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF). Paige’s approach to aesthetics is to enhance a client’s natural beauty whether its restoring volume loss with dermal fillers or reversing signs of aging and wrinkles with neuromodulators and other regenerative treatments such as PRF.
Paige was born and raised here in Gig Harbor. In her free time, she loves to snowboard in the mountains, play with her dog Luna, and be anywhere on the water. You will love her bright spirit and gentle touch!
Rachel shares a strong enthusiasm and love for aesthetics. She entered the aesthetic industry in 2012, with her focus and drive to help guide and motivate others in achieving optimal skin health. She believes in the combination of effective skincare, corrective treatments, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Prior to joining Gig Harbor Aesthetics in 2021, Rachel spent many years working at a local resort spa in Washington. In the last ten years, she has focused her time and energy on continuing her education and growth through attending many pieces of training and classes. She loves to share her knowledge and experience and has a strong passion for helping others in achieving their own personal skin care goals.
Rachel loves spending her time outdoors! She enjoys gardening, running, hiking, and exploring the beautiful PNW with her boyfriend and their dog.
Marylee is a friendly and reliable esthetician who has focused her last three years on advanced training in skin conditions, the latest cosmetic laser treatments, safety protocols, and results driven spa services. Marylee’s passion for skincare and health combined with her desire to uplift the ones around her is what led her to a career in Esthetics. With a substantial background in Pharmacy customer service and a natural positive attitude, clients can trust that they will always receive quality treatments personalized to their needs.
As a Washington Native Marylee enjoys hiking, swimming, playing soccer, running, paddle boarding, snowboarding, adventuring to new places with her daughter, relaxing with a good book and her cat “Mulan,” or cooking for her family and friends.

Jessie brings over 3 years of transformative skincare expertise to gig harbor aesthetics. Beginning her skincare journey from a young age, Jessie knew she always had a niche for the esthetic industry. From teen acne, to makeup artistry school, to finally achieving confidence in her own skin, she found her purpose to help others by becoming a master esthetician. Jessie thrives on building lasting relationships by creating personalized treatment plans in a warm and welcoming environment. She loves bringing her clients goals to life by providing support, education and relaxation. Jessie’s favorite things are all things facials, microneedling, and soon to be Laser therapies!
Halie Dover
Halie is a Gig Harbor native who started her professional journey as a paralegal for one of the top law offices in the state and she is so excited to be back home in the Harbor! Halie is passionate about helping others and enjoys creating a positive & welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our door.
In her spare time, Halie enjoys reading, taking & instructing pilates classes, learning new recipes, & spending time with her husband & two cats, Goose & Gimli.
Halie is a Gig Harbor native who brings with her over 5 years of Office Management experience. She started her journey as a Paralegal and Office Manager for one of the top defense attorneys in the state and is so excited to be back home in the Harbor! Halie is passionate about helping others and enjoys creating a positive & welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our door.
When Halie isn’t here, she enjoys spending time on the water, cuddling up with her cat Goose, seeing live music, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
Brittany is originally from Pinehurst, North Carolina & grew up in a military family so she has lived all over the world including Australia!
She and her husband have been married for 6 years and they have a chocolate lab named K2. In her spare time, Brittany is working towards getting a degree in teaching.
While Brittany is new to the aesthetics industry, she has always had a love for skincare. Her goal is to always make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in our front door to the moment you leave. Brittany loves being a part of the Gig Harbor aesthetics team and looks forward to meeting you!
